Description
Built Auction using "ant war.jsf.ice.push" and deploy it to Tomcat 6.0.26:
- Load Auction in one tab of FF3.6, IE8
- Chinese characters appear correctly only on the browser that just sent the chatting message, at the same time, all Chinese characters on the other browser turn to question marks. For example, I enter Chinese message in FF first and sent, characters look fine. And then, I input Chinese in IE and sent. Characters in FF now become ???, but display correctly in IE. If I retype something in FF and send, the ???? will be changed back to correct Chinese display but in the meantime, the Chinese in IE become ????
Behaviors can be reproduced using Glassfish V3. Sometimes, on Glassfish V3, user names entered in Chinese can be retained.
