MyEclipse 7.5 integration issues

            Description

            Previously 1.8.2.GA_P01 is targeted to be integrated to MyEclipse 8.0. But finally realized ME 8.0 is not available in MyEclipse download site. This leads to the decision to release 1.8.2.GA_P01 on ME 7.5.

            Since 7.5 is eclipse 3.4 based, we need to roll back some changes specially design time types which are not available on eclipse 3.4, so metadata changes required.

            Also for the icefaces runtime version in wizard page, this version is extracted from melibraryid. the id follows genuitec's convention which uses _ as separator. So to work around this 1.8.2.GA-P01 is used.
