DOMResponseWriter requires should support all the same options for contentType and characterEncoding as jsf2.0

            Description

            currently, the DOMResponseWriter only returns UTF-8 for characterEncoding and "text/html" for contentType for ICEfaces2.0. This results in problems with the jsf2.0 tests which are setting other values for these properties and then testing for them. Since the tests are built into suites, other tests which follow will also fail (whether they are testing for these values or not).
