Description
Need to consolidate common build artifacts for portlets rather than having the same copy for each example. Also add in support for building against WebSpace and WebSphere portals.

No plans to significantly alter the portlet builds for the 1.8 product line. Specific issues from here on out can be captured in their own JIRAs.

Adjust trunk and EE branch builds so that portlet examples share a common build file. Added some logic to allow WebSphere Portal build to have el-api.jar without requiring JSF.
Component Showcase portlet build still has it's own build file. It's advised that we get it to use the common build as well.
