            Description

            ICEfaces bridge code should configure ICEpush bridge only when ICEpush is present.
            ICEfaces should reference ICEpush bridge code only when ICEpush is present.

              Configure ice.push.configuration.uriSuffix parameter only when ICEpush is present. Reference code.js file (ICEpush bridge code) only when ICEpush is present.
