Compat MenuBar regression test cases fail

            Description

            Menubar test cases do not work after migration. User can see the menus but clicking on the menu has no effect.... Can not access sub menus.

            Only menuBar testcase that works after migration is ICE-3640 (menuItem used with attribute link)

              Note that to make the test case behave exactly like in component showcase, you need to change some code in the test case. Changes made except adding action listeners and links for the menu items. Without listeners or links nothing would happen when menu items are clicked and the menu items wouldn't disappear. Component showcase would behave the same if you removed the listeners and links.
