MenuItem displays in wrong position when located in a scrollable div

            Description

            When a menuBar is located in a scrollable div the menuItem's are shown in the wrong position. They are only displayed in the wrong position when menuBar is in the lower part of the scrollable div.

              Verified with success during release testing cycle. Test app is available at repo\qa\trunk\Regression\ICE-5251

              This issue is only visible in IE7, not in IE8 for example.
