Push Server: Make the UpdatedViewsManager used by the SessionManager "configurable"

            Description

            Currently the SessionManager instantiates its own UpdatedViewsManager. For flexibility it would be better if the SessionManager's constructor gets the UpdatedViewsManager instance passed on as a parameter.
