User Session Expired popup positioning issue

            Description

            When the session expires the User Session Expired popup is shown at the bottom left of the screen outside of the users view. (Support Case 8754.) See screenshot Sequenzbaukasten_1257319213178.png

              Fix for Support Case 8754: User Session Expired popup appeared at bottom of page rather than center of viewport.

              Modified : /icefaces/trunk/icefaces/bridge/src/status.js

              Fixed. See screenshot-1.

              Some predefined JS functions for positioning seem to be missing or overridden in this case. Added checking existence and redefinition of the functions.
