                should have these done before next release of ICEfaces2.0 also have a pom for sample build of an application (perhaps all of them?)

                extval uses maven, so we can test the .poms in the extval project (no need to create an additional sample)

                scripts for maven are now in core/maven2 and compat/maven2 folders. README.txt is in core/maven2 as well. target get-maven is for downloading the ant-maven jar for tasks. build scripts for ant general builds of projects had to be modified to skip the maven2 ant scripts (which need the jar downloaded to be defined.
