compat version of component-showcase panelCollapsible has disabled inputText fields on Form panel IE only

            Description

            The input fields on the form panelCollapsible are disabled for IE only (Safari and FF can input values into them, but not IE).

            ALso to note, the Timezone link on the link panelCollapsible returns 404 (for all browsers).

                Probably also related are the dyanmic tabset example also has disabled inputFields for IE only (Safari and FF are able to input text).
