compat version of component-showcase inputRichText component does not show popups with IE

            Description

            The inputRichText popups for insert image, insert smiley, insert special cahracter, image button, etc don't appear on the page. The view just gets greyed out, but no popup appears to do a selection from (as they do with FF and Safari).
