PanelTab should have a default close image icon

            Description

            The panelTabs should be closable, and should have a default close image icon. The image icon could be set by the developer.
            The close listener could be overidded to do another work before close for instance.

            The focus of tabs should be managed by the PanelTabSet automatically like tabs on firefox.

              This functionality is now possible since ICEfaces EE 1.8.2.GA_P01, and also in the upcoming ICEfaces 2.0 release.

              You can add a facet to the panelTab label region and use that to add whatever controls you'd like, including a close button.
