IE8 Layout issue of Download Resources on component showcase

            Description

            The labels in Download Resources do not align properly when showing on IE8 - they shift to the right instead of aligning with the title "Download Resources" (screen shot is attached)

              Tested with success on ICEfaces-ee-1.8.2 revision #19954 using component showcase jsp

              Tested on Tomcat 6 + IE8
