inputRichText popups go behind the ICEfaces modal panelPopup

            Description

            If an inputRichText is included in a modal popup and the user clicks on the insert image button or any other button that opens a popup, the popup goes behind the ICEfaces modal popup. When the popup is closed the inputRichText's popup is not closed and doesn't seem to be able to close and throws many JavaScript errors.

              Also the drop down menu's for style, colour, format, etc, go behind the popup in Firefox but not in IE.
