Description
The current version of FCKEditor used in our inputRichText component is 2.6.3. On January 31, 2009 the version 2.6.4 of the editor was released. So, it's a good time to update our inputRichText component to this new version of FCKEditor.

It looks like we lost some of our custom toolbar configurations when this upgrade was completed. For one, the "Save" toolbar button is no longer included on the Basic toolbar.
Need to review the previous 1.8.0 toolbar configs. and make sure the 1.8.1 versions remain consistent, using the new FCKEditor 2.6.4 version.
