            Description

            Bridge needs to be notified when session has expired to stop sending ping requests. These requests might create lots of unused sessions on the server.

              Add parameter marker for requests issued to acquire asynchronously generated updates to avoid touching the session timeout. Send session-expired message immediately on the blocking connection on session expiry or invalidation.
