Double slash in URL when using HttpAdapter

      Description

      When Push Server needs to send messages back to ICEfaces using HTTP, the resulting URL used is something like:

          http://localhost:8080//application-name/block/message

      Note the double slash!

      Though JBoss seems to have no problem with this, Jetty is more specific.
