Workaround Description:remove DOCTYPE from page
Description
If the page begins with
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
this is inserted into the Ajax response, resulting in a malformed XML warning from the JSF 2.0 bridge. The workaround is to remove the DOCTYPE, however, that is not acceptable in general.

Workaround has been checked in, but the root cause must be diagnosed so that DOCTYPE declarations can be used.
