Description
If the page begins with
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
this is inserted into the Ajax response, resulting in a malformed XML warning from the JSF 2.0 bridge. The workaround is to remove the DOCTYPE, however, that is not acceptable in general.
