Description
When concurrentDOMViews = false (a single tab application) the framework can maintain the page position on reload, however, when concurrentDOMViews = true, there's no support for maintaining the current viewID without wndow scope support, which we currently do not have. The resolution of this issue requires window scope (one per tab) that allows the framework to persist per window variables.
