The component outputStyle doesn't work with IE8

            Description

            I've got a style sheet named "style.css", and an other named "style_ie.css".
            In the documentation of the component outputStyle (http://www.icefaces.org/docs/v1_8_0/tld/ice/outputStyle.html) it's specified that the style sheet named "style_ie.css" is only loaded in Internet Explorer before IE7 (Internet Explorer < 7 = _ie.css), but when I use IE8, the style sheet named "style_ie.css" is loaded.
            In the same time, the component outputStyle hasn't style sheet for ie8.
