Modal popup - entire page is not greyed out on IE & Opera browsers

            Description

            Open test application ICE-3138 on IE7 , FF3 & Opera9.63 browser.
            Notice the difference in the greyed out area in all the browsers.
            It seems the problem can be some what reproduced on component-showcase with IE browser, but the problem is not as obvious as incase on ICE-3138.

                Tested successfully on ICEFaces 1.8 build7 and all 3 browsers (FF3, IE7 & Opera9.63)
