Setting rows="0" for selectInputText does not work as documented.

            Description

            TLD: The number of rows to display, starting with the one identified by the "first" property. If this value is set to zero, all available rows in the underlying data model will be displayed.

            When setting rows="0" no rows are shown, therefore it is literally interpreting the value zero and not showing any available rows.
