Remove build-time only libraries from the ICEfaces binary bundle.

            Description

            As of ICEfaces 1.8.0-RC1, there are a number of library files (.jars) included in the binary distribution bundle that are not required unless you are compiling ICEfaces. To reduce the bundle size and possible confusion, the following .jars should be removed from the icefaces/lib directory in the binary bundle (only):

            • catalina-comet.jar
            • freemarker-2.3.14-jar
            • grizzly-comet.jar
            • jetty-util-6.0.1.jar
            • jsf-metadata.jar
            • org.springframework.beans-2.5.4.A.jar
            • org.springframework.context-2.5.4.A.jar
            • org.springframework.core-2.5.4.A.jar
            • org.springframework.web-2.5.4.A.jar
            • org.springframework.webflow-2.0.3.RELEASE.jar
            • org.springframework.binding-2.0.3.RELEASE.jar
            • portlet.jar
            • tlddoc.jar
