Description
Previously this restriction was required as ICEfaces doesn't support JSF 1.2 instead it run on compatibility mode. This forced Eclipse integration didn't allow the selection of JSF 1.2 facet. As JSF 1.2 facet does creating 1.2 level faces-config.xml, which conflicts what the compatibility mode requires.
Since 1.7.2, ICEfaces is JSF 1.2 ready and this restriction should be removed.
This involves
1. facet definition change, defined in plugin.xml
2. facet preset change as JSF 1.2 facet could be set as preset if targeted runtime is JavaEE 5 such as GlassFIsh, JBossAS 5, etc. More logic should be implemented in PresetFactory.
3. facet actions will be changed accordingly as well.
