<ice:inputHidden> is causing null pointer exception in JSF 1.1

            Description

            While testing ICE-3916 regression test on tomcat 5 server (JSF 1.1) NullPointerException was seen. It was found that <ice:inputHidden> component was causing the problem.

            On removing that component from the page everything worked fine.

            Note: The issue was not reproducible on ICEFaces 1.8 DR2
