Make components CSS "position:relative;" aware

            Description

            Certain components that need to be dynamically positioned on a page can be adversely affected if they are contained within a DIV that itself has "position:relative;" CSS applied to it.

            We should make these components detect this situation and adjust their positioning algorithms accordingly.
