selectInputDate + popup: incorrect selections in certain scenarios

            Description

            The main problem is that when the hour "12" is selected, if you click on a day number it doesn't get selected. Instead, the next day is selected. For example, you click on day "20", but actually day "21" is submitted and highlighted. Also, if "PM" was selected, it switches to "AM", and viceversa. This doesn't happen every time; it happens about 50% of the times you do this.

            The other bug is that when you advance many months forward and then you click on a day, the hour selected automatically changes to one hour less. For example, I'm in January 2009 and have selected day 20 and the hour selected is 11, and then I advance to May 2009 and pick any day in May, then automatically the hour changes to 10.
