            Previously rendered page is shown on reload after a forwarding navigation rule was executed and JSF state saving was turned on.

                Tested and verified successfully on Tomcat6, FF3 & ICEFaces1.8DR2 build 13.
                Note: Test application for ICE-3691 was used with state-svae=true to test this issue.

                The fixes for this issue should extend ICE-3691's fixes for setups with state saving turned on.
