              CTRL key is not read properly in Opera so instead capture Alt+Shift+T keyboard shortcut to open log window. Ctrl+Shift+T shortcut still works for IE, Safari and Firefox.

              Tested and verified successfully on Tomcat6, Opera9.63 & ICEfaces1.8DR2 Build 13.
              Note: Log window can be opened using either Ctrl+Shift+T or Alt+Shift+T depending on the operating system being used.
