Copy and Paste to selectInputText does not execute change event in IE

            Description

            When a value is copy and pasted into the selectInputText component the choices are not shown. This issue can be reproduced using the online Component Showcase.

            Steps to replicate issue:
             - Go to the Autocomplete example
             - Copy and Paste "Abbeville" into the text box
             - No options are shown, to show the options delete a character from the text and then options are shown.

              fixed at revision 18405

              The case on Scriptaculous' bug database wasn't updated, but the problem was fixed by registering an "onpaste" event handler for IE and Webkit browsers.
