Sub Menu Item should display on the left side if there is no space to display on the right

            Description

            When put mouse on a menu item, its sub-menu item should display on its left side if there is no space on its right side. Otherwise, the sub-menu item will be hided and cannot be displayed normally.

                This should also be expanded if possible to open submenus above the parent menu instead of below if opening below will cause then to appear off the bottom of the viewport.

                Tested successfully on ICEFaces 1.8Rc1 build2, jsp component-showcase & tomcat5 server using FF3 & IE7 browsers.
