move SessionRender API to official package

            Description

            The SessionRenderer API has been available to users in an experimental package in one release so should now be moved to an official public location.

            I'm still in favor of

            org.icefaces.application.SessionRenderer

            as

            org.icefaces.core.push.SessionRenderer

            has the appearance of an internal implementation class rather than a public API.
