integrate workaround to support disabled attribute in <option> for IE

            Description

            If specify "itemDisabled" to true for <f:selectItem> it renders as <option disabled="true"> in markup. IE doesn't support this property until 8.0 maybe should have some workaround integrated into icefaces framework. Here is an example of workaround: http://www.lattimore.id.au/2005/07/01/select-option-disabled-and-the-javascript-solution/

              Classic workaround is readonly for select items and radio buttons.
