Selection input components have left margin off by 2px in ICEfaces themes

            Description

            The following components are effected:

            ice:selectOneMenu (IE7)
            ice:selectInputText (IE7 and FF)
            ice:selectInputDate (IE7 and FF)

            These components need margin:2px added to all three themes, or else fields that are left-aligned in an html table will not render at the same x coordinate in the browser. See attached screenshots for details.
