            Description

            We should create a new ice:loadBundle component that will support the dynamic changing of resource bundles for localization changes. The existing h:loadBundle component caches the resource files statically and cannot be used to change the locale dynamically.

            The new ice:loadBundle component will detect Locale changes, and uncache old ResourceBundles appropriately.
