            Exception occurs when new portlets are added to the page:

            [window.ITjc#26.async-connection] receive broadcast failed TypeError: window.documentSynchronizer is undefined message=window.documentSynchronizer is undefined200 (line 34)

              Fix instantiation order for navigation history iframe and DocumentSychronizer. Improve iframe lookup. Uniquely identify iframes for cases where multiple views are rendered within the same page.
