Missing "collapsed" images for ice:tree in XP and Royale themes

            Description

            When running Comp. Showcase demo the "collapsed" state image in the tree demo isn't loading successfully. This is most noticeable in IE7, but occurs in Firefox also. Particularly with the XP or Royale theme selected.
