menuItems not showing icons

            Using rime theme

            Description

            If you load up component-showcase (2), and go to the Menu Bar page, you'll see that the menuItems (like File Open) don't show any icons when using the rime theme, but they do with xp and royale themes.

              Looks like CSS styles like .iceMnuBarVrtItemImage are set to display: none in rime.css, for some reason.
