navigation problem with myfaces RI

            Description

            navigation sometimes doesn't work for myfaces RI, replacing with Sun RI works fine.

                Click on "Go
                To Page 2" on the first page. After you have arrived at page 2, click
                on the either the link or button to go to page 3. Rather than be sent
                to page 3, you are sent back to page 1. This happens with the MyFaces
                jars but not with the jsf jars and our 1.7 jars.

                It seems the test case is built with an old version of Myfaces (1.1.2). When testing with the current supported version (1.1.5) the issue does not manifests itself.

                This issue is a defect in MyFaces 1.1.2, which is incorrectly being distributed with ICEfaces 1.7.0. See ICE-3078 for the issue to fix that problem.

                Use MyFaces 1.1.5 to avoid this issue.
