            Description

            Loading resources in different environments (e.g. portlet vs servlet) can be tricky. Resolving the location of the resource can require access to certain logic and APIs. We already have a component for CSS files (outputStyle). A similar component for scripts would prove valuable for loading JavaScript files in various environments as well.
