horizontal panelDivider doesn't render properly when y-scrollbar is involved on the right pane

            You can play with the styles:
            1) set 'border-style: none' on icePanelCnt;
            2) set styles to draw borders on 'icePanelFst' and 'icePanelSnd'

            This causes borders drawn around individual panes of panelDivider, but not the split panel itself. So the gap in question still exists but no longer appears on the screen.

            Description

            Every time the browser has to to draw a y-scrollbar on the right panel of panelDivider, a gap shows up between the right border of panelDivider itself and the right border of right pane.

            The issue shows up on Icefaces showcase site: http://component-showcase.icefaces.org/component-showcase/showcase.iface?rvn=1

            Below are the steps to reproduce:
            1. Go to 'Split Pane Panel' demo;
            2. Once the dividerPanel is drawn, drag the splitter to the right until the right pane is forced to show y-scrollbar. At this point you will see a gap on the right between 'icePanelCnt' and 'icePanelSnd'
