            Description

            We should upgrade our use of Scriptaculous and Prototype to the latest patch release which shipped Jan. 3rd.

            The latest versions are Scriptaculous v1.8.1 and Prototype v1.6.0.1, respectively.

              Update Scriptaculous lib to version 1.8.1.
              Remove position.js file since its content was moved into deprecated.js.
