selectInputText JS errors with IE

            Description

            Load up the component-showcase example of selectInputText (autocomplete). Type a letter or two in. When the completion popup list shows, there are javascript errors. It continues to complain as you mouseover the options.

            This problem does not exist with Firefox.

              [IE6, IE7] The up and down buttons don't do anything. Down won't summon the list, and up and down won't navigate through the popup options.

              These problems do not exist with Firefox.

              Comment [ The Javascript errors are no longer there. Probably due to Mircea's ongoing efforts with the new YUI compression. ]

              Use Prototype 1.6.0.1 library since Scriptaculous 1.8.1 is not fully compatible with Prototype 1.6.0.2.
