SessionDestroyedEvent should not contain the ICEfaces ID

            Description

            When HttpSessionListener.sessionDestroyed(...) is invoked a new SessionDestroyedEvent instance is created using an ICEfaces ID. However, as the ICEfacesIDDisposed happens earlier, the ICEfaces ID is always null in this case. Additionally, the ICEfaces ID is not stored in the HttpSession object anymore.

              I removed the ICEfaces ID from the SessionDestroyedEvent. Marking this one as FIXED.
