panelDivider not adjust for absolute position

            Description

            The panelDivider divider will show up offset when dragging in an absolute-positioned container. Have to adjust for absolute offset.

              Have some idea how to fix it with some Prototype functions, but need more time to re-create the problem and test the fix.

              How to test:

              In component-showcase\web\inc\layoutPanels\panelDivider.jspx, change the outer containing panel to be absolutely-positioned:
