            (Split from ICE-2877.)
            In the Drag and Drop portlet, as you drag, the ghost of the draggable is renderered far below the mouse pointer. There seems to be some browser specific issues as well. IE may only show this on the first drag then subsequent drags will work. Firefox 2 will show a second flickering ghost in the proper location.
