connectionLostRedirectURI only works in combination with outputConnectionStatus

            Description

            When the connectionLostRedirectURI context parameter is used the redirection only works when an outputConnectionStatus component is defined on a page at the same time. Without the outputConnectionStatus on a page the "User Session Expired" popup will appear when a session is destroyed. The description in the Developer's Guide might be misleading for users since it says:

            If not specified, the default 'Connection Lost' overlay will be rendered or if the status component is present, the 'Connection Lost' icon.

              We should improve this functionality to not depend on the ice:outputConnectionStatus component being on the page in order for the auto redirection upon connection lost or session expiry to work.
