Autocomplete bugs with IE7

            Description

            Using the trunk as of 1/7/2008, the autocomplete example in the component showcase doesn't work as well in IE7 as it did with the current version of ICEfaces 1.6 at the component showcase site.

            Specifically, there are two problems with IE7, but not with FF:

            1. When I paste something with CTRL+V (i.e. New York) the autocomplete list doesn't popup like it used to under ICEfaces 1.6

            2. When the autocomplete list appears, pressing the down-arrow the keyboard does not allow me to move the blue-highlighted selection to any of the list items.

              As an addition to #1, typing a few letters in rapidly has the same effect as pasting in a few letters.

              I added Javascript code specific to IE and Safari, to allow for LEFT, RIGHT, BACKSPACE and DELETE handling. Tested on Firefox 2, IE 6, IE 7, Opera, Safari 3.1 (Win XP).
